Meet Jessica, an Anomalie bride who walked down the aisle in her custom wedding dress creation in Washington, D.C. We asked Jessica to share her Anomalie story.

I chose Anomalie to create my custom wedding dress, because I had an idea of what I wanted, but couldn’t find the perfect dress. So many of my friends either think they need to spend a fortune on a dress or they are forced to settle. I love that with Anomalie, no bride will ever think “I love my dress but would love it even more if…”

Initially, I thought I would have to let go of control throughout the wedding dress creation process. What surprised me the most was how much more control you gained working with Anomalie. I honestly knew what it was going to look like and knew it would be exactly what I wanted. I had control to make sure my wedding gown came out perfectly to match the vision I had from the beginning.

My advice to future Anomalie brides is to DREAM BIG. My wedding dress was inspired by my favorite designer Elie Saab’s dress that debuted on the red carpet for the Cinderella movie premiere.

Stylist Pro Tip: If you have a specific lace inspiration you want to use as a reference for your dress design, it’s best to have a high-res photo uploaded to your “lookbook” on your Anomalie Dashboard prior to your design consultation. Your stylist will reference all of your inspiration photos during the call!
