What if I don’t like the final dress when I receive it?
In the case that you receive your dress and it wasn’t everything you hoped and dreamed of, we will be here to help! Upon receiving your dress, we will be in contact to see what went wrong! Our unboxing team will reach out to you upon the arrival of your dress to make sure everything was up to your standards & liking.
Aside from helping the bride get in touch with one of our preferred tailors, we also have our FitCommit Guarantee. This is our commitment to brides that their alterations cost (due to fit) will not exceed $299. You can read more about our FitCommit Guarantee here.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and are confident we can work with you to create a high-quality custom gown that will exceed your expectations. Your gown is fully refundable up to 7 days after your initial payment date. Once you receive your dress, if it isn’t everything you hoped and dreamed, you can return it within 7 days for a 50% refund. The dress must be returned in the original condition (no alterations) and packaging it was sent in, including the ANOMALIE garment bag, to ensure the dress is protected during shipment.
