You didn’t think we’d offer affordable wedding dresses without equally-reasonable veils, did you? Here at Anomalie, we’re committed to making your wedding experience as effortless and budget-friendly as possible; so naturally, we had to launch a whimsical collection of handcrafted veils – shop the collection here.
Gone are the days of trying on the perfect veil at the wedding dress boutique only to be shocked by an unrealistic price. You have mastered the art of knowing what you want—including that dashing partner you are soon to marry—so why shouldn’t you choose the trim, length and tier of your veil? While most retailers mark up their cookie-cutter veils at over $500, we’re happy to semi-customize yours at a starting point of $50—and you don’t even have to set foot in a store. Best of all? Placing your semi-custom veil order takes only 5 minutes!
Here’s how it works
- Choose your trim, length and style – double the tiers for the blusher effect
- Order online in a snap
- Receive your veil in 6-8 weeks (popular styles ship immediately)
When your shipment arrives, we advise setting some time aside for oohing and aahing over your dreamy veil. Our designs are made with an obsessive attention to detail, and we have 6 different trim options for you to choose from.
Veil Styles
Tulle Have + To Hold
This veil consists of a classic tulle with a raw cut edge. Pair it with a form-fitting lace dress for a dramatic effect à la Carrie Bradshaw—timeless, chic and daring all at once.
Hint of Sparkle
This ethereal style is made with a 1″ beaded trim, comprised of a combination of clear sequins, bugle and seed beads. Its long-lost soulmate? An off-the-shoulder, satin gown.
Royal Treatment
The wider chantilly trim in this veil gives it a traditional yet airy feel for the preppiest of brides. For a head-to-toe royal approach, try it with a boatneck, taffeta ballgown.
Vintage Vines
Made of guipure cotton lace, this veil evokes a romantic nostalgia that will nourish your gown with feminine flair. This looks oh-so-authentic with a strapless, linen ballgown.
Oopsie Daisy
Modern, bold florals with a scalloped edge lend an instant statement to your veil game. Rock it with a minimalist fit-and-flare crepe gown and it’s a match made in pro-bride heaven.
Simply Scalloped
The scalloped lace and delicate floral pattern provide this veil with understated elegance. We love these subtle details with a sweetheart bodice, light tulle dress.
Customization
After choosing your trim design, customize it with your desired length and tier.
Lengths
- Fingertip: Falls beyond your hips (42″ in length)
- Court: Reaches 2 feet from the floor (90″ in length)
- Cathedral: Extends beyond the train of your gown (114″ in length)
Tier — single or double
- Single tier: Consists of one layer.
- Double tier: Has two layers—a back and a shorter top tier, which can cascade down the back or be pulled over the face to create a blusher.
Veils justify as much customization as dresses do, and your wallet certainly deserves the affordability of both. Plus, with shorter lead times than wedding dresses, your veil will be a much-welcomed treat while you wait for your gorgeous gown to arrive or to compliment the dress you’ve already purchased.
Pro-Stylist Tip: If you prefer to have your dress and veil match, you can always create a custom veil with your dress with Anomalie. You can learn more about the dress creation process by signing up for a brief initial consultation.
